The neighborhood: The home is located in the quiet Marble Island neighborhood. It is a 15-minute drive to downtown Burlington where you can find a nice selection of farm to table restaurants, bars, and shopping. During the summer, downtown Burlington hosts a variety of festivals to appease the beer, music, and art lover. If you have a boat, you can skip the car traffic and rip over to downtown Burlington in about 25-30 minutes. There is a public boat parking right in the marina where there are plenty of waterfront restaurants, bars, access to festivals. From the waterfront it is about a 5 minute walk to Church Street Marketplace. Hikers and mountain bikers would be happy here with unlimited adventuring possibilities. In the fall, enjoy world famous leaf peeping season, apple picking and so much more.
