Rich McClain is Principal and Broker at Lake Point, where he leads the firm’s brokerage and property management operations with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality real estate solutions. With more than two decades of experience in real estate and investment, Rich offers practical, hands-on expertise across both commercial and residential sectors—including investment acquisitions, market-rate apartment management, commercial leasing, condominium and association oversight, and student housing.

Demonstrating commitment to professional excellence and continued education, Rich is a licensed real estate Broker, a member of the Northwest Vermont Realtors Association, the Chittenden Commercial Real Estate Association, and a graduate of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Emerging Leaders program. He also earned professional designations from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board.

When not in real estate, Rich loves spending time with his family and serves as Committee Chair for Scout Troop 658. He recharges at Thayer Beach, biking the Colchester Causeway, or sailing and hiking in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom.

Claudine Beaupre grew up in New Hampshire and Shelburne, VT, and is a graduate of Champlain College . She has over 15 years of accounting experience ranging from managing corporate accounting and acquisitions, to building workflow and systems set up for SymQuest Group in South Burlington and Revision Military in Essex. She also has completed the Leadership Champlain program which is a professional development and community engagement program of the Lake Champlain Chamber with a mission to foster growth and leadership in professionals who will serve our community now and in the future. At Lake Point, her passion for employee development and implementing efficient financial systems contributes to our delivery of excellent client experience.

Yana is a licensed real estate professional with experience in commercial real estate management, lease administration, and property acquisition. She is dedicated to tenant relationship facilitation according to industry best practices combined with local Vermont experience and your portfolio goals. Worked with clients including City Market/Onion River Coop, TD Bank, State Farm, Kelly Services, ReMax, UPS Store, State of Vermont Department of Financial Regulation and Vermont Secretary of State, Vermont Bankers Association, AT&T, Edward Jones, Skinny Pancake, Foam Brewers, and New England Culinary Institute, among others. John comes to the team with an extensive background in property management, both from his personal portfolio and from working for some of the largest families in the state. A native Vermonter and UVM graduate, John spent time working for Cushman and Wakefield’s Class-A multifamily team in Tampa, Florida before returning to Vermont. A licensed Realtor and Broker, John brings almost ten years of experience along with specialization in flips, new construction, and seller-financing. When he’s not working or enjoying time with his family, you can find John enjoying the great outdoors or satisfying his need for speed on the track or lake.

Josh joined the Lake Point team in December, 2015 as an Assistant Property Manager and has moved into the role of Property Maintenance Manager in 2017. He manages day to day operations and tenant relations. As an educated Master Gardner, Josh manages the commercial landscaping contracts, ensuring that properties are looking beautiful and are maintained in a sustainable manner. Prior to joining Lake Point, Josh has over 10 years in Property Management experience in the Stowe area with a focus on landscaping and custom gardens. Josh resides in Hinesburg, VT with his wife and two children.

Aiden grew up in Portland, Maine, and graduated University of Vermont in 2025. With a passion for building projects and maintenance, he is excited to help the team, and work towards his real estate license. Aiden enjoys spending his time outside, on his boat, fishing, skiing/snowboarding, or camping.

Matt Hagen helps execute any maintenance, communication or customer service for and within Lake Point Property Management. He specializes in logistical solutions to any requests that may arise on any given day. Matt is also a very active musician who plays regularly around Burlington and throughout the state of Vermont. He calls Burlington his home with his life partner, Jane and two dogs B.B. and Shai Hulud.

Sometimes affectionately referred to as the “Hubmaster”, Star Lenski keeps things running smoothly as our dedicated Office Administrator.  Since moving to Burlington in 2019, they’ve fallen in love with the area and never looked back. With degrees from both Sarah Lawrence College and Community College of Vermont, Star brings a diverse skill set to the table, ensuring that property management and maintenance teams stay connected and on track. Tenants and vendors can always count on them for friendly, efficient support.  They possess a creative mind, and they are currently writing the sequel to their first book and have a collection of short stories under their belt.  Star lives in the New North End with their beloved cat, Bree.

Haley is a passionate and results-driven professional currently expanding her expertise in real estate, with a focus on leasing, marketing, and sales. With a background in hospitality, she brings a strong foundation in client relations, sales, and event coordination to the Lake Point team. She has worked with organizations, including the Vermont Realtors Association, NEFCU, and Ben & Jerry’s, to host high-profile events. A true Vermonter, Haley enjoys spending time in the sun with friends, playing guitar, and exploring her love for fashion.
